We keep all our inventory in ready-to-dispatch condition and after receiving an order, the products are rechecked before dispatch to ensure they are received in the best condition. But if you receive any damaged item, please send us a picture or a video of the broken or defective item with your order number within 48 hours (about 2 days). Our sales team will work with you to check whether your order can be considered a qualified claim.
As per our policy, if your claim is qualified, our team will initiate a pickup process within 5-7 business days from the date of the replacement request. While we initiate the replacement process, the customer must keep the product in its original packaging. We will ship a free replacement order once the return order is picked up.
Your order can only be replaced if a broken or defective piece is received or is found to differ from the product description.
